Do you have branches or agents in other provinces?
Ask our team about service options in your province. We deliver to homes across Laos — provinces in 2–4 days — and you can report a warranty issue by chat wherever you live. If you are in Savannakhet, Pakse or any other province, message us on Messenger.
Is installation difficult? Do you install?
No — our lights need no wiring to the grid. After you order, we send a 60-second installation video. SOLARO PRO can be mounted on a wall or a pole. For pole or high mounting, have someone help you and use proper safety equipment. Ask about installation support, availability and any cost for your location before ordering.
